3. Product Descriptions & Availability
3.1. All watches, straps, accessories, and servicing descriptions are provided in good faith. We make every effort to display product dimensions, weights, colours, and finishes accurately; however, slight variations may occur (e.g. due to photography lighting or screen display settings).
3.2. All items are subject to stock availability. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund or suitable alternative.
3.3. Pre-Orders / Custom Builds: If you place a bespoke order or pre-order, estimated production and delivery schedules are provided as estimates and are subject to minor delays in parts supply or artisan assembly.

5.1. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations (subject to additional shipping fees and import customs).
5.2. Orders are dispatched using tracked and insured delivery services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD, DHL). A signature may be required upon receipt.

6.3. Condition of Returned Items:
-
Watches must be returned unworn, in original, brand-new condition, with all protective factory plastic wrappings, seals, tags, original boxes, warranty booklets, and accessories intact.
-
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., resized bracelets, scratched cases/straps, worn leather).
6.4. Exclusions: The statutory cancellation right does not apply to:
-
Personalised, engraved, or bespoke custom-made timepieces.
