These assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, and design right laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display without prior written authorization from Oldbury Watch Co. is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Specifications & Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, technical specifications, and physical dimensions of our timepieces as accurately as possible. However:

  • Digital displays, lighting, and screen calibrations may cause slight variations between image representations and physical products.

  • Case dimensions, water resistance ratings, and power reserve figures are specified according to manufacturer testing standards and tolerances.

  • Oldbury Watch Co. reserves the right to modify specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

3. Limited Warranty & Water Resistance

Timepieces purchased directly from Oldbury Watch Co. or authorised dealers include a manufacturer warranty against internal movement defects and assembly faults for a period of 24 months from the original purchase date.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (scratched crystals, aging leather straps, cosmetic case wear), unauthorized third-party servicing, accidental damage, or moisture ingress caused by failure to secure screw-down crowns or pushers before submerging.

  • Water resistance ratings (e.g. 50m, 100m, 200m) denote static pressure capabilities and must not be exceeded.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oldbury Watch Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product in question.
